Hi, I’m Amy Acorn, a Registered Social Worker in Prince Albert. I have been serving our community for the past 18 years. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental counselling to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, offering sessions both in-person and virtually.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I draw on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Strengths Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
As of March 2026, I am also an Accelerated Resolution Therapy practitioner.
